The Christ/Messiah – Is The LORD – Call to Repentance


Stuck in the midst of warning regarding the world around us, the writer of Hebrews reminds all of us as well as himself that the Messiah does not change. The world says, there is a lion outside, if I go out I will be eaten in the streets. Proverbs 22:13.

In Paul’s Epistle to the Ephesians; Chapter 6, Paul explains that we believers do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but that all warfare is the result of spiritual forces in the heavenlies. Somehow, in our soul, we believe and recognize this as the way that Satan’s battle with God and His children, the war is intense. So why would it be doubtful in the eyes of some that Hebrews 13:2 is not applicable today? Could it be that we have forgotten Hebrews 13:1 and fail to continue to express the true brotherly love of God these days?

Prisoners are not limited to just being a criminal. Illness, poverty, loneliness, the mentally handicapped and various humanly mistreated people is very much a bondage for those who suffer in any of these conditions, even the elderly. We all suffer in many ways.

Much suffering is realized spiritually ‘most of us are tax payers and collectors (sinners), but there are some Pharisees who brag openly about their sinful religious positions in life. (Luke 18:10).

However, God who can never lie, thus we can TRUST Him says—“I will never leave you are forsake you” we can boldly say, ‘The LORD is my Helper, I will not fear, what can man do to me.’ And remember—JESUS CHRIST IS THE SAME YESTERDAY, TODAY AND FOREVER!
