James 1:9-11 (CJB)
9 Let the brother in humble circumstances boast about his high position. 10 But let the rich brother boast about his being humbled; since, like a wildflower, he will pass away. 11 For just as the sun rises with the sharav (heat of the day) and dries up the plant, so that its flower falls off and its beauty is destroyed, so too the rich person going about his business will wither away.
Can anyone hide in a place so secret
that I won’t see him?” asks Adonai. Adonai says, “Do I not fill
heaven and earth?
Jesus
Christ/Messiah is the same Yesterday, Today and Forever—Hebrews 13:8
Our thoughts for a day play a large part of who we are, rich
or poor! To be a poor person is to have singleness of mind. The rich person does
not have singleness of mind, his or her daily agenda s full and stewardship of time is stretched. If
you are a good steward of time you understand that God is in everything we do
and that the details of life belong to God as much as anything we may do, or have.
So the poor person can enjoy a higher position before God as they are able to
serve God, by trusting God in their position. The rich person has the same
provision, but it is strained.
God fills heaven and
earth—He knows all things (Omniscient) He sees all things (Omnipresent) There
is nothing that can overpower or overtake God (Omnipotent). He is Eternal Life;
He had no beginning and He will have no end. God is Just and Righteous. He is
Truth. God is Sovereign, He is unchangeable and God is LOVE. God knows if you
have singleness of mind, He knows if you are a good steward of time. In all
areas of life, God knows you and me better than we know ourselves.
Adonai is God, He is near, He is at hand,
Adonai says I AM not far off. Also from Jeremiah 33:3, He says—call unto me and
I will show you GREAT and MIGHTY things that you do not know.
