A Bible snippet—and more
Isaiah 53:5-6: But he was pierced because of our rebellion, crushed because of our iniquities; punishment for our peace was on him, and we are healed by his wounds. We all went astray like sheep; we all have turned to our own way, and the Lord has punished him for the iniquity of us all.

I AM the resurrection and the Life
Lamentations 2:22: Because of the Lord’s faithful love we do not perish, for His mercies never end. 23 They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness! 24 I say, “The Lord is my portion,
therefore I will put my hope in him.”

The Christ/Messiah – Is The LORD
Our Creator loves us beyond our birth to beyond the grave. Does that mean He loves our sin? Of course, the answer is NO! Sin is sin, but does God forgive sin and if so, how does He forgive sin? Does He erase it off of the ledger of our pending judgment? A judgment that hangs over every person who ever lived or lives.

Yes, but No, Christ died for the sin of the world, the death of the Christ/Messiah on the cross is sufficient to cover all sin, past, present, and future; Therefore, sin is forgiven for all. God in His Mercy leaves His mercy fresh and open every day. In other words, the door that opens to Life to every sinner who trusts the sacrificial work of Christ of the cross is always open. So, does God hold us accountable for our sin? YES! Because the one who DIES failing to trust the gospel of the mercy of God will find NO MERCY.
