Colossians 1 New King James Version (NKJV)

The Colossian's faith commended
3 We give thanks to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you, 4 since we heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and of your love for all the saints; 5 because of the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, of which you heard before in the word of the truth of the gospel, 6 which has come to you, as it has also in all the world, and is bringing forth fruit, as it is also among you since the day you heard and knew the grace of God in truth; 7 as you also learned from Epaphras, our dear fellow servant, who is a faithful minister of Christ on your behalf, 8 who also declared to us your love in the Spirit.

The Christ/Messiah – Meditation in The Wisdom and knowledge of God

Prayer is not a communication that many of God’s children take seriously. We often become discouraged by the details of life surrounding us. These details are so loud in our mind we miss what is Supernaturally important. God answers the prayers of His Children, I have heard said that God has three answers to every prayer. (1) no, (2) wait, and (3) okay. I say ‘hogwash’. If we pray following God’s Will and in the Spirit, God confirms His Will on every subject.
1 Timothy 2:1-3 Complete Jewish Bible (CJB)  1First of all, then, I counsel that petitions, prayers, intercessions and thanksgivings be made for all human beings, 2 including kings and all in positions of prominence; so that we may lead quiet and peaceful lives, being godly and upright in everything. 3 This is what God, our Deliverer, regards as good; this is what meets His approval.
Again, and we have said this many times, (1 Cor 13:13NKJV) 13 And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love. Faith, hope, and love in this context mean to trust with confident love. This is the quality and quantity of the Spirit life of every child of God, it is Spiritual maturity, so how are we doing with this life in Christ? If you are a child of God, you know personally the answer—most of us could do better.

Colossians 1:4-6 NKJV – Since we heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and your love for all the saints; because of the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, of which you heard before in the word of the truth of the gospel which has come to you, as it has also in all the world, and is bringing forth fruit, as it is also among you since the day you heard and knew the grace of God in truth;

Colossians 1:4-6 CJB – For we have heard of your trust in the Messiah Yeshua and of the love you have for all God’s people. 5 Both spring from the confident hope that you will receive what is stored up for you in heaven. You heard of this earlier in the message about the truth. This Good News 6 has made its presence felt among you, just as it is also being fruitful and multiplying throughout the world in the same way as it has among you since the day you heard and understood the grace of God as it really is.

Remember that the effective fervent prayer of the righteous avails much.
