Esther 9:29-32 New King James Version (NKJV)
The Feast of Purim
29 Then Queen Esther, the daughter of Abihail, with Mordecai the Jew, wrote with full authority to confirm this second letter about Purim. 30 And Mordecai sent letters to all the Jews, to the one hundred and twenty-seven provinces of the kingdom of Ahasuerus, with words of peace and truth, 31 to confirm these days of Purim at their appointed time, as Mordecai the Jew and Queen Esther had prescribed for them, and as they had decreed for themselves and their descendants concerning matters of their fasting and lamenting. 32 So the decree of Esther confirmed these matters of Purim, and it was written in the book.
Esther – Meditation in The Wisdom and knowledge of God

A Gentile Dynasty (Babylon)  of 127 provinces ruled by King Ahasuerus (Zerxes) from 486 BC TO 465 BC. By the time Esther opens, many Jews had returned from the Exile to Palestine to re-establish the institutions of Judaism (Ezra 1—6). The first wave of repatriates numbered about 50,000. Most of the Jews in exile did not return, even though their law (Deut. 28) and their prophets (Isa. 48:20; Jer. 50:8; 51:6) encouraged them to do so. Many events in history and yet the Jews are still scattered throughout the world. There will be a full re-gathering of the Nation of Israel. Even to this very hour, we can see the signs of the times moving all of Israel back to their homeland.

The feast of Purim is an annual feast, still being observed in March of every year, but it is a temporary feast. A feast that reminds the Jew and Gentile that our Creator can indeed, and does reach out to every place on earth; that to the Jew first, but also to the Gentile, God’s priority is: Matthew 6 20 Then He lifted up His eyes toward His disciples, and said: “Blessed are you poor, For yours is the kingdom of God. 21 Blessed are you who hunger now, For you shall be filled. Blessed are you who weep now, For you shall laugh. 22 Blessed are you when men hate you, And when they exclude you, And revile you, and cast out your name as evil, For the Son of Man’s sake. 23 Rejoice in that day and leap for joy! For indeed your reward is great in heaven, For in like manner their fathers did to the prophets.

Jews and Believers all over the world, are poor and needy, are hungry and thirsty, weeping and laughing, hated and loved, excluded and accepted, reviled and cast out. Their names are considered as evil to the world around them, even as the prophets of the past are persecuted so are, we. Today's churches are numb to this truth, these churches have mixed Truth with the false wines of this world. These places are no longer, religious to the truth, nor are these churches moral or conservative. These congregations have deserted their POST! (Romans 1-3)
2 Timothy 4 - 1 I charge you therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who will judge the living and the dead at His appearing and His kingdom: Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will pile up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables. But you be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.
