The Messiah’s Triumph and Kingdom
2 Why do the nations rage, and the people plot a vain thing? 2 The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord and against His Anointed, saying, 3 “Let us break Their bonds in pieces and cast away Their cords from us.” 4 He who sits in the heavens shall laugh; The Lord shall hold them in derision. 5 Then He shall speak to them in His wrath, and distress them in His deep displeasure: 6 “Yet I have set My King On My holy hill of Zion.”7 “I will declare the decree: The Lord has said to Me, ‘You are My Son, today I have begotten You. 8 Ask of Me, and I will give You the nations for Your inheritance, and the ends of the earth for Your possession. 9 You shall break them with a rod of iron; You shall dash them to pieces like a potter’s vessel.’ ”10 Now therefore, be wise, O kings; be instructed, you judges of the earth. 11 Serve the Lord with fear, and rejoice with trembling. 12 Kiss the Son, lest He be angry, and you perish in the way, when His wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all those who put their trust in Him.

Psalms – Meditation in The Wisdom and knowledge of God

There are 195 nations on the earth today, two of these nations are non-members of the list established by the United Nations – these are the Holy blind, oops; the proper name is, the ‘Holy See’ and the State of terror, oops again; the proper name is the ‘State of Palestine’. The route that all nations follow as we move forward in the times of the Gentiles is ‘darkness’. Go ahead and say “bah-humbug” but here is a verse of scripture that in context is read most every day. John 3:19 And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.

The advance of darkness in our day in history moving at the speed of darkened enlightenment. Men, women, and children groping around in the darkness of ‘religion and terror’ seeking deeds that are evil, that is; to experience and express greater evils that the day before. What sort of evils might these be?
Romans 1:1-18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, 19 because what may be known of God is]manifest in them, for God has shown it to them. 20 For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse, 21 because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened. 22 Professing to be wise, they became fools, 23 and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like corruptible man—and birds and four-footed animals and creeping things.
As we meditate on Psalm 2, I hope you see the sincerity of our time in history. There is much to say about these days, so we will continue in the days ahead. As I close for this morning the Positive outlook of for us; The children of God is; Romans 1:16-17 16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. 17 For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith.”
