SCRIPTURE REFERENCES:  John 21:30-31 – The Eternal Plan of God – Jesus
And truly Jesus did many other signs in the presence of His disciples, which are not written in this book; but these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in His name.

SEARCH THE SCRIPTURES: Jesus, the Christ of God/Messiah
From AD26 to AD30/31 time does not stand still, in a little over two years the LORD Jesus who is the LAMB of God will take upon Himself the sin of the entire fallen world of mankind. All of the past sin from Adam, all of the present sin of His disciples, including Judas Iscariot. Also, the sin of all peoples today, including you and me and all who will be born in the future. The magnitude of this burden is larger than can be counted. While it saddens all of us to think upon this, it is bitter, but Oh so sweet to know that our sin is cleansed in the sacrificial Blood of Messiah, who personally saved each of us.

13    I must apologize for thinking that the Mount of Olives was the place where Jesus spoke regarding the kingdom of heaven which are the Beatitudes. Outside of Capernaum is a plateau called Korazim. The plateau overlooks Capernaum and the sea of Galilee. Josephus (a historian) called it the location of nature’s crowning achievement. I would just add that Jesus, who is responsible for all of nature, created this site for the purpose of teaching the Beatitudes; explaining the kingdom of heaven, not only future but presently at hand.

14    While all of these beatitudes can be linked up with physical needs and I am sure that at times it is okay to do so, Jesus is seeking to direct the thoughts of His disciples, (read Luke 6:17-19 if you are a follower of Jesus, YOU are His disciple) to the kingdom of God which is present with us… THIS VERY MOMENT! How do we realize this? By believing in Christ/Messiah – John 16:19-20 Now Jesus knew that they desired to ask Him, and He said to them, “Are you inquiring among yourselves about what I said, ‘A little while, and you will not see Me, and again a little while, and you will see Me’? “Most assuredly, I say to you that you will weep and lament, but the world will rejoice; and you will be sorrowful, but your sorrow will be turned into joy.

15    The beatitudes are designed to bring supernatural joy to the disciples of Jesus, and I need to say it again. If you believe in Jesus, you are His disciple. Any man, woman or child who believes in Jesus is His disciple. Disciples are poor in the Wisdom and knowledge of the kingdom of heaven (Luke 6:20). Disciples are hungry for righteousness; daily, through His Word we are satisfied. We do weep, but joy and laughter will come in the morning (Luke 6:21). Psalm 30:5 – For His anger for a moment, His favor for life; Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.
