Romans
1:16-17 – For
I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to
salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. For
in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is
written, “The just shall live by faith.
COMMENT:
When is the last time you shared the
gospel of Jesus Christ with someone? Today we are alive in a very critical and
evil world. Stuffed into an overstuffed closet is the GOOD NEWS. Right along
with banning the Holy Bible from public school, the local townhall, the Federal
Government, public and sporting events and some churches; the Gospel is barred.
I need not explain this to you, in your heart and soul you KNOW this is true.
Now I know
we come up with a lot of ‘human’ good reasons to stay silent, but what about
the other side of this coin? God is not willing that any should perish, His
will is that all should be saved (2 Peter 3:9). God also has provided each of
us who are His children with the ‘Power of the Holy Spirit’ to “not be ashamed
of the gospel” but through God’s Will freedom to express the will of God.
The Gospel
is boldly revealed by God, from Genesis 3:15, through John 3:15-16 to
Revelation 22:12-17. I believe that God
has revealed Is Love for the world, what will He require of His Children; something
less? See Revelation 22:18-19.
