The Devotional – Search the Scriptures – 638

Today’s Kick Start! – (CJB) Psalm 19  (7) The Torah of Adonai is perfect, restoring the inner person. The instruction of Adonai is sure, making wise the thoughtless.

Meditating with the Creator—Psalm 19 1The heavens declare the glory of God; And the firmament shows His handiwork. 2 Day unto day utters speech, And night unto night reveals knowledge. 3 There is no speech nor language Where their voice is not heard. 4 Their line has gone out through all the earth, And their words to the end of the world. In them He has set a tabernacle for the sun, 5 Which is like a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, And rejoices like a strong man to run its race. 6 Its rising is from one end of heaven, And its circuit to the other end; And there is nothing hidden from its heat.

JESUS CHRIST: He IS the same Yesterday, He IS the same Today, He Forever, IS God!

Is there anything too hard for God? (Jeremiah 32) How wonderful it is KNOW that God can and does communicate with every living creature, on earth. God does so by revealing to all of Creation and mankind that He is above our frail substance. We are under His Power and knowing this or not, in every manner of being we are to look to Him for survival. Even the stars, planets, and all of the host of heaven—obey God. So the answer to our question is—No! There is nothing too hard for God.

Psalm 19 4 Their line has gone out through all the earth, And their words to the end of the world.  All that the human eye can see or behold in Creation is the business of Almighty God, and at the beginning God spoke and His business began.  Even the most obstinate of humans—those screaming, kicking, and gnashing their teeth at God have no choice but to obey His business. Psalm 119:89 Forever, O Lord, Your word is settled in heaven. Man in his fallen condition on earth cannot change the Word of God which is seated and safe in heaven.

Psalm 19:…4 In them He has set a tabernacle for the sun, 5 Which is like a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, And rejoices like a strong man to run its race. 6 Its rising is from one end of heaven, And its circuit to the other end; And there is nothing hidden from its heat. In conclusion to this section of Psalm 19 we can see that God is very pleased with the sun; without it, creation would not survive. I am not talking simply about the earth, but the entire galaxy we live in. The sun is precisely placed in our galaxy to provide light, heat and survival of all that God has created.

As I have said before, which also needs more thought. Global warming has little to do with God’s Creation. I believe that any global interference with God’s original creation is the result of rebellion against God by creation and the fallen state of mankind. God allows this to happen which becomes discipline from God on mankind as they reject HIM. Proverbs 26:27 Whoever digs a pit will fall into it, And he who rolls a stone will have it roll back on him. And as 1 Corinthians 1:18 – 18 For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. 19 For it is written: “I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, And bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.”
